I facilitate this on-going women's group that meets weekly to provide
support in a group therapy setting.
It is a place to:
support in a group therapy setting.
It is a place to:
- Get support and encouragement from others
- Explore change and growth for yourself
- Expand your coping and life skills
- Reduce feelings of anxiety, depression or isolation
- Build assertiveness and relationship skills
- Gain insight on patterns you repeat in your life
- Gain self-esteem: Feel better about yourself!!
When: Tuesday evenings 7:00 to 8:30 pm
Where: 1340 Concannon Blvd in Livermore

Fee: $30 per weekly session
